TIMETABLE

  • 6:15pm vinyasa

  • 9:30am - morning flow

    6:30pm - slow flow

  • 6:15pm - beginner flow

  • 9:30am - chair yoga

    7:15pm - vinyasa

  • 5:30pm - Yantra flow (heated)

    7pm - yoga fusion (yoga/pilates/hiit with weights)

  • yin and guided meditation (monthly)

Mon - Thurs & Sundays: Brightside Wellbeing, Stalham

Fridays: Yantra Studio in Norwich (book on their website here)
