My body is doing things I never thought would be possible a year ago. Jess is so encouraging and good at differentiating for individuals.

Really inclusive environment and we can have a few laughs when needed! I leave feeling so relaxed.

My body is feeling better, I’m becoming more supple, and I can move into positions I never thought I would be able to. Jess is amazing and she carefully guides you through, you leave feeling totally relaxed and calm.
