Slow flow is the class for you if you prefer a calmer & gentler approach to your yoga practice. This class is suitable for both beginners and seasoned yogis, we will work on improving flexibility, mobility, strength & balance.
Need to know
- Please arrive 5-10 minutes early in order to find your spot, roll out your mat & settle in. Try to avoid rushing into class / arriving late.
- Please bring a yoga mat, bottle of water, & something warm for our meditation like a blanket or jersey.
- A yoga block will be provided if you’d like to make use of it.
hi! I’m Jess. I’m a 250HR yoga teacher registered with Yoga Alliance. I have completed a teacher training in the styles of vinyasa & yin.
I like to get creative with transitions & sequences on the mat, & like to weave the philosophy of yoga as well as pranayama (breath work) into my classes.
My teaching style is challenging but also accessible, & I will push you to explore your practice in a joyful & engaging way. My classes are uplifting & I strive to offer a supportive & empowering atmosphere.
